What we collect
We collect account information such as your email and name, the product images and prompts you submit, generated content, billing and subscription status from Stripe, and technical information needed to operate and secure the Service. We also use analytics to understand product performance and diagnose errors.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the Service, process subscriptions, generate your requested content, maintain account history and credits, improve reliability, provide customer support, and communicate important account or product updates.
Your uploaded content
Your uploaded and generated images remain yours. We do not sell them or send them to advertising measurement providers. We do not use an individual customer image in marketing without explicit permission. You can delete eligible content from your dashboard.
OpenAI Ads conversion measurement
We use the OpenAI Ads Measurement Pixel and Conversions API to understand whether an advertisement shown in ChatGPT led to a paid ProductMagicAI subscription. The measurement data may include OpenAI-provided click and browser references, IP address, browser user agent, a SHA-256 hash of your normalized email and ProductMagicAI account ID, the paid-subscription event, plan identifier, amount in the currency’s minor unit, and currency. We do not send OpenAI your raw email, raw account ID, prompts, uploaded images, generated content, or payment-card details for this purpose.
Your advertising-measurement choice
OpenAI Ads measurement is enabled by default on the production site unless you have disabled it, your browser sends Global Privacy Control, or the site’s existing analytics exclusion is active. Disabling measurement stops future OpenAI Ads measurement sends, clears OpenAI reference cookies, and clears stored attribution references for a signed-in account on the next authenticated sync.

Cookies and similar technologies
Essential storage supports authentication and security. Product analytics and advertising measurement use separate controls. When OpenAI Ads measurement is enabled, the OpenAI Pixel may use first-party reference cookies named __oppref and __obref. These values are treated as opaque references and are not decoded or transformed by ProductMagicAI.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Service, including hosting, authentication, AI processing, analytics, email, payments, security, and—when measurement is enabled—OpenAI Ads conversion measurement. Providers receive only the information needed for their function and are subject to their applicable terms and safeguards.
Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, meet legal and accounting obligations, prevent abuse, and resolve disputes. OpenAI click and browser references are used for conversion matching only when captured within the preceding 30 days. Delivery records may be retained longer for reliability, security, and audit purposes. Account-linked records are deleted or anonymized where appropriate when an account is permanently deleted, subject to legal retention requirements.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, export, deletion, or restriction of eligible personal data, or change an advertising-measurement preference.
